Visit: http://google.com/webmasters/tools.Step-1: Sign in with your google account (Gmail).
Step-2: Click on ADD A PROPERTY Button.
Step-3: Process to website verification.
Step-4: Verify your website ownersheep with meta, html file uploading or domain name dns.
Step-5: Be sure your website robots.txt file is created and it allow Google Bot.
Step-6: Submit website sitemap on Google Search Console.
Step-7: Upload or Add more contents on your website regularly.
NOTE: Do not use duplicate contents on your site like text, images etc.
